question number 7 I gave a rating of 3 which had nothing to do with staff and surroundings Dr. Lal and Lilly did their best to make me feel comfortable through my crown I am personally just not loving the whole dental experience bad memories from childhood sorry. But have no fear I will return to keep my teeth looked after.
