I was a few minutes late and called to notify the staff. They were very friendly and accommodating and ushered me in as soon as I arrived. The hygienist was very friendly and went over my measurements with Me explaining what they ment and compared them to past measurements. Unfortunately I can't remember her name, but she was great!

As usual Dr Lal and his team make an 1.5 hour appointment as smooth as can be. No pain whatsoever was experienced during the replacement of my crown. Just quiet efficiency.
