Arrived 15 minutes prior to appointment, as always reception staff was courteous, took the time to update my file prior to my appointment. Appointment went well and out of the office in a timely manner, no waiting at all.

I had recently had some expensive dental work done. unfortunately, something went wrong and my dentist had just gone on holidays for 2 weeks. We are leaving on a much needed vacation ourselves in 2 days and the work that I needed to rectify the situation had to be done immediately for various reasons. My husband has been a happy patient of yours for a few years and was able to call and get me in right away and now all is well as we leave for one month out of Country. Your office was so efficient, accommodating and friendly and made what I felt was a horrible situation turn into an immediate and permanent fix. I believe I have found my new Dental Home! thank you for such a positive experience. I look forward to my next visit (and that's probably the first time I've ever said that about a dental appointment!). Always know you are appreciated.
