We transferred to this dentist office during the pandemic. I have been very pleased with the service so far, the staff are kind, attentive and helpful... this past visit really went above and beyond. I had bite-guard remade about a year ago (my old one from the previous dentist was caput). Unfortunately, this new bite-guard started to crack sooner than expected so I contacted the dentist to see if anything could be done about it. The dentist (Dr. Wang) tried his best to resolve the issue, contacted the lab right away and tried his best to up with a solution...despite his best efforts, the lab who makes the bite-guards were strict with their warranty rules and did not want to replace it nor offer a discount on a new one. I am thankful for the dentist for contacting the lab and for all the efforts he put into trying to resolve the problem.
