Every member that I engage with is extremely professional and warm, from bookings and reminders, through to the end of the visit! The entire experience at Fallingbrook has changed my view of the "doom and gloom" I used to associate with "going to the dentist"... Kudos to all the staff..

The hygienist Melanie was fantastic, professional, friendly and very skilled at making a not so enjoyable experience rather pleasant. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

Direct billing to insurance companies would be good for easier transactions and to avoid having to pay up front.
